Although you can choose from any of our services, our bespoke graduate packages cater for every need a graduate may have, especially if they are applying for those coveted graduate trainee positions which have an average of 400 applicants per role.

- An assessment of the course and modules studied and their relevance in the world of work.
- A discussion about any previous work experience, drawing out all the transferable skills which would stand you in good stead for a graduate position.
- A psychometric test to establish where your preferences, possible strengths and weaknesses are to help inform your career decisions. The added bonus is that this will increase your self awareness which will make you an even more desirable candidate for any graduate employer.
- Coaching on the completion of graduate application forms, giving you advice on key achievements and experiences to focus on.
- Coaching on assessment centres giving you hints and tips to ensure that you display the behaviours that employers expect to see.
- Advice and coaching on interview techniques to ensure that you can seal that graduate position.
