We, the founders of Blackmoore Career Consulting believe that our career choices are amongst the most important that we make in our lives. We also believe that recruitment methods do not always bring out the best in people and although they may be the best person for the job, this may not always come across. That is why we are dedicated to working with and supporting our clients to help them realise their potential, grow in confidence and approach their careers with the tools and techniques to make the right decisions and excel in their career.
Fully qualified with Bachelors and Masters degrees in Human Resource Management, our extensive experience and expertise have earnt us Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With over 17 years HR experience gained in blue chip, FTSE 100 and FMCG companies, we have assessed hundreds of candidates through recruitment methods such as application forms, CV screening, interviews and assessment centres, there is therefore no situation we are not familiar with or are unable to advise you on.
